Our policy on exchanges and returns follow the norms of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code)
The customer who purchases from our virtual store, has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the desistance of the purchase without any additional cost. In this case the customer may request a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping charge, or the acquisition of credit for the value of the product for a new purchase.
For both exchanges and returns you must fill out the "Return" form and request the start of the procedure.
For returns, this must be done within 07 days after receipt of the product. Returns outside this period or if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, we may not accept the request and your purchase will be returned to you. Product returns will only be accepted if the product still has the original label, is without signs of use or stains, and is in accordance with the conditions of exchange or return.
To exchange a product you must return it for a credit refund and make a new purchase with the same original conditions at no additional cost. You can only receive a refund on a return if it is made in accordance with our return policy.
We want to offer you the best and not harm you, so when the product in question is not in stock it will be replaced by another equivalent to the value of the exchanged product and of your choice, or you will be refunded (when an exchange is requested within the legal period).
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
It is not possible to exchange or cancel any customized product that does not present a defect, due to the customization of the product.
If your customized item is defective in product or customization, please follow the exchange and return procedure.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories accompanied by the purchase invoice. All returned products undergo an analysis by our team when it arrives back to our office, which may take up to ten working days. The product desired for exchange and/or refund of the amount paid will only be released after approval from our team. If any divergence or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will deliver the product back to the sender without prior notice.
It is not possible to exchange or cancel any customized product, due to the customization of the product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The return of the product will occur by postage at the Post Office. You will receive instructions in your e-mail to post the product. The product should be presented properly packaged, according to the rules of the Correios. The procedure is simple and speeds up the exchange process. We remind you that the purchase of the new item or the refund of the amount paid, as the case may be, will be carried out after the product returns to our office.
REFUND OF VALUES
The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be in the same way chosen in the payment process of the initial purchase discounting the freight value.
- Credit Card: in the case of a purchase made by credit card, the total or partial refund occurs through a chargeback on the credit card within 2 invoices after the refund request.
- Boleto Bancário: the return of values for purchases made by boleto occurs through reimbursement in the current account of the owner of the purchase within 10 working days after cancellation. Third party accounts will not be accepted.
Important: The refund will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the product(s) conditions in our office and according to the return or exchange conditions. The product cannot bring any signs of use.
